Für „Der Staub der Tage“ textet Fabian Simon erstmals auf Deutsch und hat hier wundervolle Songminiaturen geschaffen. Das Album erscheint am 29.09. zusammen mit einem Magazin mit dem Prosatext „Ochsentour“ und zahlreichen Fotografien von Fabian Simon. Die „Ochsentour“ ist eine Prosatextsammlung über die letzte Tour von Fabian Simon in den letzten Zügen der Corona-Pandemie. Die gerade abebbende Pandemie, Inflation, Konzertabsagen und schlechte Vorverkäufe machten dieser Tour erheblich zu schaffen, nichts lief wie geplant. Gleichzeitig ist der Prosatext Ochsentour eine Ode an die Freundschaft, an das gemeinsame Musizieren und an das Konzept Band an sich. Verfasst in einem rastlosen Präsens nimmt uns Fabian Simon hier mit auf eine Reise durch Höhen und Tiefen, Provinz und Großstadt, immer an der Autobahn entlang. Flankiert wird der Text von Fotografien, die Fabian Simon auf der 2022er Tour mit seiner Moon Machine gemacht hat.
